St. Dominic's

St. Dominic’s seeks to fulfill its mission by establishing community and performing service in the name of Jesus Christ. That means giving of time, talents, and resources to make our communities better places to live. The St. Dominic’s family of caregivers not only serves patients, but also contributes to an atmosphere of care and compassion for those outside the hospital’s walls. St. Dominic’s strives to not only provide care for the sick but also to offer education and wellness services to the community in order to improve the health status of those around us and eliminate risk factors for more serious health problems.

St. Dominic’s offers a wide variety of services in Madison including family medicine and MEA clinics, imaging services and a new women’s multi-specialty clinic. The family medicine, imaging and women’s multispecialty clinic are all found in one convenient and modern location, the Highland Medical Arts building. Highland Medical Arts is located just south of the 463 on Highland Colony Parkway and both its close proximity and large array of services make it a convenient and ideal location for most healthcare needs.
In addition, St. Dominic’s is a partner with the Club facilities including The Club at the Township. The Club at the Township features a spa, women’s only fitness area, indoor and outdoor resort pools and a fully equipped tennis center all wrapped up in a “Country Club” setting. Another fitness partner includes Jackson D1, a premier sports training facility located on a St. Dominic’s development in Madison.

St. Dominic’s Care-A-Van, a 42-foot mobile screening bus, extends St. Dominic’s ministry of Christian healing into the community by providing free screenings and educational programs for school-aged children and medically-underserved senior citizens. Annually, the Care-A-Van program records an estimated 12,000 direct contacts with over 2,000 hours of service from Care-A-Van staff and volunteers.

St. Dominic’s also sponsors the Madison School Nurse program. Since the launch of the program in 2008, St. Dominic’s has provided school nurses for 13 elementary and middle schools in the Madison County School District at no cost to the schools.

St. Catherine’s Village is also an integral part of St. Dominic’s ministry in Madison. The Village offers a retirement lifestyle to people at least 62 years of age, of all faiths and races, who make independence, activity and peace of mind priorities in their lives.
